At Oliver & Sarah London, we are committed to providing clear and transparent information regarding our shipping process. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your parcel at all times.

Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or due to system or supplier delays.


2. Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Average delivery time: 7–10 business days, depending on your location and local carrier efficiency.

Deliveries may take longer due to:

  • public holidays or busy seasons,

  • customs inspections,

  • international logistics delays outside our control.

All delivery times provided are estimates, not guarantees. Oliver & Sarah London is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.


3. Shipping Origin & Customs

All orders are shipped directly from our international supplier in China.

Depending on your country’s regulations, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded by Oliver & Sarah London.

Customs procedures vary by country. We have no control over, nor can we expedite, customs inspections.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery location,

  • package weight,

  • selected shipping method.

During promotions, free or discounted shipping may be offered, as clearly stated on our website.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.


5. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If the courier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer, Oliver & Sarah London cannot be held responsible for lost, missing, or stolen parcels.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of ordering via

We will attempt to correct the address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Orders returned to sender due to:

  • an incorrect address,

  • failure to collect the parcel, or

  • refusal to pay local customs fees,

may be resent at the customer’s expense. Refunds in such cases are handled in accordance with our Return Policy.


6. Tracking Information

All shipments include track & trace information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.

If tracking shows “delivered”, the parcel is considered successfully delivered.
We are unable to open investigations for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.
